14-day right of withdrawal

For eligible distance purchases, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions set by applicable Lithuanian and EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, email xmworldhub@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.

Return condition

You may inspect goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.

Hygiene and sealed goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the legal hygiene exception applies to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after they have been unsealed. This may include certain cosmetics or personal-care products where a relevant hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened or damaged. Unopened eligible goods remain subject to the normal 14-day withdrawal right.

Return shipping

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.

Refunds

When you validly withdraw, we will refund the payments due under applicable law, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order. Extra delivery cost caused by choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights for goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right and are not limited by this policy. Contact xmworldhub@gmail.com with your order number and relevant evidence.
