Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the CollectiveXM / XM Beauty online store at collectivexm.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Store operator and contact

The store is operated under the CollectiveXM name. Customer contact: xmworldhub@gmail.com. Contact address: Vaižganto gatvė 60-27, 28184 Utena, Lithuania.

Products and brand identity

Products sold through XM Beauty may be manufactured and branded by third-party suppliers. The original manufacturer or supplier brand is preserved where applicable. Product descriptions, instructions and safety information should be read before use.

Prices

Prices are displayed in EUR. Product prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where the checkout configuration requires this. Delivery charges and any other mandatory charges that apply to the order are displayed before the order is placed.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where a product is unavailable, there is a clear pricing or technical error, payment cannot be completed, the delivery address is unsupported, or fulfilment is otherwise impossible. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount due will be refunded without undue delay.

Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available in Shopify checkout. Available methods can vary by device, account eligibility and checkout configuration.

Delivery, returns and consumer rights

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Eligible consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from qualifying distance purchases within 14 days, subject to legal exceptions. Details are set out in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, the consumer has the remedies provided by applicable Lithuanian and EU consumer law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection granted by applicable law. For complaints, contact xmworldhub@gmail.com. Consumers may also use competent Lithuanian consumer-protection or alternative-dispute-resolution bodies where applicable.
